Patty goes over and beyond to help her clients. Her tenacity and stubborness had her hold out until she got the price my land was worth. She spent a lot of time doing research, running to the courthouse, surveyor, photographer, setting up drone photos of the farm and then putting together an awesome video to advertise the farm. I can't thank Patty enough for all the hard work she put into this sale. She was by my side from the very beginning when she first reached out to me, all the way through the closing.
